WinTA Lite ideal for companies making recruitment freeze
Devon and Cornwall Police have instituted an 18-month recruitment freeze of officers ahead of expected cuts in public-sector funding. Dozens of prospective officers who had recently been accepted into the force have had their application forms scrapped ahead of expected Government national deficit-cutting measures. By the end of the freeze the force could be around 180 officers down. The force has 3,496 officers and the last intake of 22 new recruits in July will be the last until the freeze is over in 2011.
If your firm is undertaking a recruitment freeze you can help your bottom line by installing a Time and Attendance South West clocking system. This will provide your organisation with a sophisticated time and attendance software, ensuring that your organisation remains compliant with regional, national, and international legislation. Each system is fully customisable, enabling you to decide on the specific features that you require. The WinTA Lite entry-level software is ideal for monitoring working patterns, overtime, and job costing at smaller companies with less than 250 employees; or larger companies with many smaller sites.
