Contactless clocking cards allow fastest evacuation possible for maximum staff safety
The Grand Pier at Weston-super-Mare had a bumper Easter, the first it had experienced since being rebuilt after fire. The attraction had more than 100,000 visitors over the four-day bank holiday. The new pier has only recently been fully reopened to the public and visitor numbers for April are expected to reach 500,000. The building’s management remarked that visitor numbers far exceeded their expectations for the time of year, due to the very good weather.
Time and Attendance South West are the number one supplier, manufacturer and installer of bespoke time and attendance systems in the region. Our systems include fire roll call software that announces the emergency situation whilst simultaneously activating your existing warning system. Employees simply log themselves on and off site using either their contactless smart cards or key fobs. An evacuation list is then printed at a safe pre-determined remote point. The clocking stations and cards enable the fastest throughput possible, so the evacuation can proceed as quickly and safely as possible.
