The company Wyndeham which has taken over the plant wants to overcome what it called “the inherent disadvantages” of its West Country location. The firm has already closed the Plymouth St Ives facility it took on board in its March buyout, with the loss of around 300 jobs. It announced in June that a further 58 jobs will go in Roche.

Whether your company wants to save money on its shift patterns or through cost cutting measures, complete clocking recording systems from Time and Attendance South West can help. Among our leading networks are WinTA Enterprise and WinTAnet, which use contactless Smart Cards where the badge or fob does not have to be removed from a wallet or purse. The badge will read through your wallet/purse in a quarter of a second, which is up to 15 times swifter than swipe systems and more reliable.
