Hours and rates of pay easily standardised within an organisation

Thousands of NHS staff in South West England could be soon working longer hours for less pay according to a leaked document. The South West could be among the first areas to have regional pay in the health service introduced. The document, by the newly-formed South West Pay, Terms and Conditions Consortium, is marked ‘For discussion only, not to be forwarded’. Nursing representatives replied that NHS staff do the same work, whether they are in Truro, Torquay or Tynecastle.

Hours and rates of pay are easily codified and standardised within a company or organisation thanks to Time and Attendance South West integrated clocking hardware and software.
