Data concerning who’s in the office in a fire executed directly from clocking stations
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service had to act quickly this morning (Tuesday, December 11, 2012) to tackle a fire in Mitcheldean. The Fire Service said it received several calls at 04:15 GMT and five fire engines were sent to a barn in Jubilee Road. It added that the blaze “severely damaged” the barn, a tractor and a combine harvester. The birds in the building had to be removed to safety away from the incident.
A fire at the office is a health and safety problem all managers fear. However, clocking products from Time and Attendance South West can be integrated with fire roll call software. In such a fire or other emergency situation, your immediate fire roll call reports are generated containing the crucial information concerning who is on site. Unlike most other systems, this function is executed directly from the clocking stations and does not rely on the controlling PC or computer infrastructure. Evacuation lists are printed at a safe point.
