225,000 sq ft Plymouth Enterprise Park (PEP) now open

The South West-focused commercial developer London and Devonshire Trust (LDT) have just officially launched a new 22-acre business park in a former brownfield near Plymouth.

According to a news report in the local media, the Plymouth Enterprise Park (PEP) is located in an area that previously housed a manufacturing facility and offers both industrial and business space with Fulcrum Power also proposing to build a generation facility at the site.

LDT managing director Daniel Stephenson said: "The launch of Plymouth Enterprise Park is a significant step for the company as it is our first site in Plymouth. We are confident this is the right time to invest in the city with its profile rising as an important strategic regional hub. The growing trend of manufacturing businesses looking to bring their operations back to the UK and the proximity of the port, make Plymouth increasingly appealing as a choice business location."
