Plans put forward for ten-storey development plus multi-storey car park in Bournemouth

Plans for building a ten-storey development of more than 100 homes along with a 200-space multi-storey car park have been submitted to Bournemouth Borough Council, a recent news report in the local media has been able to reveal.

The plans from Bournemouth Development Company comprise a residential development of a maximum of ten-stories, featuring 113 homes and a 217 space multi-storey car park to replace the lost spaces. The scheme is located on the site of the Berry Court car park.

The houses are to be developed under a private rented model, meaning they will be put to the private rental market.
