Plans submitted for 300 home development in Weston-super-Mare
Plans to build 300 new homes at the Locking Parklands scheme in Weston-super-Mare have been submitted by developer St Modwen, a recent news report in the local media has been able to suggest.
The company has submitted the application for new one, two, three and four bedroom properties following public consultations with councillors and stakeholders.
The application site, now known as Land West of Locking Parklands, is part of a £400m mixed-use project which will provide a total of 1,450 homes over 20 years on a 200-acre site.
Locking Parklands will also feature facilities including a school, retail units, a library, leisure and 80 acres of landscaped parkland.
A development of this size is likely to involve numerous contractors working on the site, so companies that decide to get involved should also consider the implementation of a solid and reliable workforce management system, and this is exactly where Time & Attendance South West can help.
