Plans to build 300 new homes at the Locking Parklands scheme in Weston-super-Mare have been submitted by developer St Modwen, a recent news report in the local media has been able to suggest.

The company has submitted the application for new one, two, three and four bedroom properties following public consultations with councillors and stakeholders.

Weymouth residential development plans set for approval
