Clocking scan system shows when jobs are approaching a budget limit

The trust is one of 100 involved in similar privately-financed building schemes in the NHS. The idea was originally introduced by the Conservatives under John Major, but the use of the scheme vastly increased in the NHS by Labour. The combined value of these projects is £11.4 billion and the NHS will pay back more than £70bn on current projections.
