Construction work starts on multimillion-pound student accommodation

Construction work has started on a new £8m development scheme at Exeter Cricket Club which will provide accommodation for 159 students, a recent news report in the local media has been able to reveal.

A new two-storey pavilion, complete with changing rooms, kitchen, bar and office space, will be built along with the student accommodation.

Work on the site is expected to continue until June 2016, with the new pavilion due to open in December 2015.
