Developer appointed for 210-home regeneration scheme in Bristol

A well-known construction company was appointed to lead the development of a 210-home regeneration scheme in Bristol, a recent news report in the local media was able to reveal.

Galliford Try was awarded the contract by the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) delivery partner panel. It is currently estimated that the site has a gross development value of about £40m.
