New Cheltenham building scheme manages to secure required funding
Marcus Homes, a Cheltenham-based residential developer, has managed to secure the necessary funding from Lloyds TSB Commercial Banking for its development of four properties in the town.
According to a report in the local media, the new housing scheme, called Tivoli Villas, will make use of the £1.5m obtained from Lloyds TSB Commercial Banking.
The company has taken on two full-time staff, working with sub-contracted architects and tradesman, as part of the project.
Owner Marcus Hawton said: "It is great that I can use my interest in architecture to create something different from the usual house designs found today. The bank has allowed me to put my ideas into action."
