New industrial scheme in Frome to create 100 local jobs

A new speculative industrial development in Frome, Somerset, could create up to 100 new jobs in the region, a recent news report in the local media was able to reveal.

Rockhaven Developments is constructing two new centres, known as the New Enterprise Zone and New Trade Zone, as part of a £4m project that, when completed, will be able to offer more than 55,149 sq ft of space. The developer hopes that the premises will be available in December.

A spokesman for Rockhaven Developments commented: "As the economy continues to recover, we recognise the need to provide quality business space for new and expanding businesses.

"Commerce Park represents the ideal location for these significant new developments, which will provide attractive returns for owner-occupiers and investors alike."
