Plans for new office development in Bristol set for approval
Plans for building three new office buildings on the former site of DuPont’s facility on the outskirts of Bristol are set for approval, sources told a local business media outlet.
Abstract (Bristol) Ltd, supported by planning consultant Stride Treglown and architect Keppie Design, submitted an application for the development earlier this year.
Its proposals include two five-storey and one three-storey office buildings providing a combined 245,000 sq ft of space.
A further 8,000 sq ft of restaurant, drinking establishment and retail space, as well as a 600-space car park, will also be developed.
It has been estimated that the development could provide accommodation for about 1,500 full-time employees.
A development of this size is likely to involve numerous contractors working on the site, so companies that decide to get involved should also consider the implementation of a solid and reliable workforce management system, and this is exactly where Time & Attendance South West can help.
